Asocial / Bedrövlers split – How can hardcore be any worse vol 1? Upproar Records and Tapes- 001- 198? ♬ Face Asocial ♬ Face Bedrövlerz

I don’t now how many tapes there are in the archive with Asocial – but for sure they were productive in the mid 80’s. I have written a lot about Asocial but I guess they was most famous for increasing the speed of hardcore as they played a little faster than everyone else (in competition with Mob 47). They were from Hedemora Sweden – not far from Fagersta where Uproar Records and Tapes origin. The label was runned by Peter “Babs” Ahlquist and they release both tapes and records. It ended in 1989 and Babs moved to Örebro and started Burning Heart Records in the mid 90’s. Talking about Örebro, that were a Bedrövligers from that city. That is not the Bedrövlers on this tape – these guys are from Fagersta
