September 7:th 2013 – Noise Sex Dwarf- Full av Aska D-Takt & Råpunk Records – DTAKT 057 – 2013- 7″ – Grey I am not a nomenclature expert. What I can say is that Sex Dwarf is nothing for you if you like a dynamic sound – here the VU meters hardly move. My wife (which is not an expert on this type of music – let’s call it noise-core) asked me – do they even change chords? This Stockholm act is headed by Per Thunell who for some is more known from the Falun act Filthy Christians. He also sung on the 32 song Protes Bengt EP (1985), a band that included Mob 47 members. Per was also in Bruce Banner in early 2000’s. This band recently toured in Europe and this EP is brand new. On D-Takt & Råpunk Records , a label which seems to spit out great records. So what about this record. Expect music de-construction – Japanese influences – and guitar riffs. The EP was released on black vinyl and on 200 limited records on ash-gray vinyl.
